Our space is occupied by two types of individuals: those who wish to educate fellow practitioners (whether it be a physical, mental or spiritual practice) and the student; the lifelong learner. From yoga and mindfulness classes to healthy living workshops, the Balanced Living Center has no limits to its offerings.

Erica has taught yoga and meditation for over 15 years (5,000+ hours), held a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist & curriculum writer and is an expert in mindfulness for students ages 4 through 18. She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and her trainings with the faculty of the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical & Brown University have led her to begin the development of a Mindfulness in Education curriculum. She is the founder and co-owner of Balance Webster and the Staff Development Trainer in Social and Emotional Learning & Mindfulness for Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES.
Heidi is a certified 500+ hour Yoga Teacher, Level 1 Restorative Yoga Teacher, certified Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher, assistant to Judith Hanson Lasater and holds 20+ years experience working as an executive administrative assistant.
