Erica Ebert, E-RYT500, Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher; with guest presenter, Dr. Stacey Exner, Psy. D., Certified School Psychologist.
This 6 week mental resilience training for athletes will be led by Erica Ebert and Lucinda Snyder.
Erica is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher specializing in mental preparation for athletes and currently works with a variety of Section 5 athletic teams in New York State.
Lucinda is a yoga instructor at Balance and teaches mindfulness courses at the University of Rochester. She also teaches mindfulness through yoga to both the University of Rochester Football team and the Women’s Soccer team.
Coming in February 2020, Heidi will be leading a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, inspired by Judith Hanson Lasater. Heidi has been training with Judith for over a year and will continue her training as one of Judith’s assistants for upcoming Level 1 trainings. You do not have to be a yoga teacher to take this training.
