Class Descriptions

Align (& Meditate*)

'Align' has one overarching intention: to examine the body’s natural ability to align and protect itself, such as to deepen your understanding of how those abilities translate on and off of your mat. With a strong emphasis on anatomical knowledge, you will learn how to listen to your body and awaken to its subtle nuances.


*Sometimes paired with an optional, lightly-guided 10-15 minute meditation immediately following class.

Ballet Barre

Our 60 minute 'Barre' class includes a full classical ballet barre along with stretch and strength exercises geared towards dancers.

Flow (& Meditate*)

Every pose in this class can be modified or intensified. 'Flow' moves one breath at a time, with intentional space for stillness; it’s mindfulness-meditation in motion. You'll leave each class with powerful strategies to help you navigate daily stressors.

Flow & Restore

This practice begins with ample movement and breath-work to build heat and create freedom within the entire body. As class progresses we shift into physical, mental, and spiritual bliss through some deeply restorative poses.

Fusion

'Fusion' is a mix of pilates and yoga. It's a powerful class but designed to meet you wherever you are in your practice as we teach people, not poses.

Groove

'Groove' is an easy-to-follow, choreographed class offered to get your cardio fix in the most enjoyable manner. Join us as we burn calories and laugh. What could possibly be better than a few squats, push-ups & dance moves combined?

Jazz/Contemporary

Our 60 minute 'Jazz/Contemporary' class includes a dance warm-up, technical jazz exercises and a dance combination. Combination styles will rotate between jazz, contemporary, lyrical and musical theater.

Restore

'Restore' brings balance to the breath, the body and the mind by exercising stillness and gentle movements for extended periods of time. Props are used to help hold these poses.
