The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification enables individuals to become qualified mindfulness teachers. This M.B.S.R. based course has been designed to offer you the knowledge and experience you need to be a competent mindfulness teacher.
The course is ideal for coaches, teachers and/or educators, nurses, therapists, yoga teachers, clinical psychologists, HR, social workers, and anyone else who is working with people and would like to expand their personal practice.
• Learn how to teach mindfulness meditation with tools for body, heart and mind.
• Develop and enhance your own practice of embodied mindfulness.
• Strengthen your capacity for applying mindfulness in your personal and professional life.
• Explore the neuroscience of mindfulness meditation.

Erica’s continued trainings in both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) through the University of Massachusetts Medical and Brown University, as well as her mindfulness teaching certifications, have provided her with the experience and insight necessary to create a local, affordable and reputable training. This 6 week mental resilience training for athletes will be led by Erica Ebert and Lucinda Snyder.
Erica is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher specializing in mental preparation for athletes and currently works with a variety of Section 5 athletic teams in New York State.
Lucinda is a yoga instructor at Balance and teaches mindfulness courses at the University of Rochester. She also teaches mindfulness through yoga to both the University of Rochester Football team and the Women’s Soccer team.

Learn to teach Restorative Yoga and take deep relaxation in the body and mind to a new level. Open up to the healing relaxation this practice brings to the body, deep rest for the mind, and a renewal of the spirit and soul.
This 30-hour workshop is inspired by Judith Hanson Lasater, and based on her RELAX AND RENEW® Level 1 training. It will include a unique blend of anatomy, alignment, poses and meditation. Learn more about the physiology of relaxation: how it works and why it matters. There will also be hands-on practices & set ups, as well as how to sequence and teach a class in Restorative Yoga.
This training is open to all. Class size is limited to 15 participants. R.Y.T.s can receive 30 continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
