Silent Retreat

Open to instructors and the general public:

Please join Erica Ebert for a teacher-led silent mindfulness meditation purposed as an opportunity to deepen practice with guided sitting, walking, and lying down mindfulness meditations along with gentle yoga, and ending with group reflection.

This reflection becomes an integral part of our work; for as we strengthen our ability to do so, we become more open minded and willing to explore new possibilities.

Participants of all levels are encouraged to attend, however, it should be noted that all 5 hours are in silence.

There will not be a formal break to eat. Please bring a small snack, water, meditation cushion, yoga mat and outdoor shoes. We will provide a few cushions, mats and blankets.
