This flow will be taught by two 200 hour RYT’s that gained their teaching experience directly from Balance and have continued on their yoga journey with our studio over the years.

Hi! My name is Celina, and I have been practicing yoga for about four years now. Apart from doing yoga I enjoy being outside, writing, and non-professional dancing. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2017 and it was truly one of the most fulfilling things I have done thus far in my life. My journey started at Balance and I remember my first class like it was yesterday: very sweaty, yet oh-so rewarding. Now here I am, four years later, introducing myself to you in hopes to teach you the beautiful practice of yoga at the same studio that sparked my passion within.
