This summer, we’re starting a “pay-what-you-can” meditation group.
In the words of Tara Brach, “Mindfulness meditation groups are a wonderful way of connecting with others to share and deepen your meditation practice. These groups provide community, accountability and a supportive space to connect with others while steadying and enriching your practice.” Drop in or commit weekly to explore the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation. This group is open to all levels.
When: Tuesdays evenings from 6:45p – 7:30p
Schedule: June 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, July 11th, 18th, 25th
