What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Whether you are a veteran or beginner, these mindfulness sessions will return you to the foundation & simplicity of the practice.
We’re hosting an open ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ class on the Sundays during our 2018 teacher training session from 10:30a to 11:15a. It’s donation based and open to the public. 😘
