A loving community that connects together, breathes together, and practices yoga poses through children’s literature.
Six week session on Monday evenings (9/25 – 10/30) from 6:30p – 7:30p
Kids Yoga (ages 9-12) with Theresa Luciano
This class is a combination of yoga and mindfulness, to increase confidence and positive self-image. It’s never too early, or too late, for kids to learn yoga. A nurturing, yet empowering place for breath and pose work, which will really help come those middle school years.
