Our approach is far from cookie-cutter. Whether yoga will be a stand-alone offering or part of a broader wellness program, our consultants work with you do develop a customized program targeted to the needs of your workforce.  Through interviews, surveys and/or pilot programs, we develop classes using the styles, poses and messaging that best address the needs of your employees – not someone else’s.

Erica Ebert, is the co-owner and founder of Balance Yoga. She has taught yoga & meditation for 15 years and also has had a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist, and curriculum writer. Her trainings with the faculty of the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical have led Erica to begin the development of a Mindfulness in education curriculum.

She is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (a program designed to cultivate one’s natural capacity to actively engage in self-care and find greater balance, ease and peace of mind through mindfulness & yoga) teacher through UMass Medical and is pursuing her certification in MBSR, through Brown University. Additionally, Erica is a part of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Teacher Certification Training.

She is proud to be working with the Webster Central School District administrators, faculty, students and athletic teams as an Instructional Specialist charged with exploring, integrating and leading mindfulness. She works across Section V with both coaches and athletes. Erica also develops and leads trainings for educators and administrators across several NYS counties.
