Interested in offering yoga and meditation classes at your workplace? Our team will bring Balance to you!
Our approach is far from cookie-cutter. Whether yoga will be a stand-alone offering or part of a broader wellness program, our consultants work with you do develop a customized program targeted to the needs of your workforce. Through interviews, surveys and/or pilot programs, we develop classes using the styles, poses and messaging that best address the needs of your employees – not someone else’s.
We will help you identify appropriate space, manage scheduling and enrollments, and even can even supply equipment. For more information or to schedule a consultation contact Erica.
